Here are 5 tips to keep your office clean for a healthy workplace environment:

1) Remove rubbish every day

If you have any rubbish, throw it straight in the appropriate bin. Do not leave it lying around for any unpleasant odour to linger.

2) Ensure regular deep cleaning

Regular deep cleaning of your office will maintain a hygienic and healthy working environment for staff. It can be during quiet periods of your business to cause minimum disruption.

3) Declutter your desk

Having your desk be filled with paperwork, stationary, belongings can be quite disruptive to your work flow. It is also unpleasant to look at and impractical when you need space on your desk for work. It is important to declutter your desk and maintain organisation. Be sure not to throw away any important documents!

4) Clean computers & electronics

Nobody likes fingerprints or stains on their monitors, or dust collecting on their fingers when they use their keyboard, or greasy telephones. Keep your electronics clean by wiping it regularly. It will also increase hygiene levels where devices are shared by multiple users.

5) Hire a commercial cleaning company

Why go through the fuss of keeping your office clean? Hire YBC to ensure your workplace is clean and hygienic, so that your staff can focus on their work.
