Over the past decade, we have worked closely with the facilities management team to understand their evolving needs and their unique requirements.

Sonardyne opened their UK head office at Ocean House in 1996, we have been proud to be a part of their journey of growth since 2013. Over the past decade, we have worked closely with the facilities management team to understand their evolving needs and their unique requirements. Additional buildings have been added to the cleaning contract as they have expanded and we have increased the cleaning team to ensure high standards are met across all 4 buildings.


Due to the complex operations that take place at Sonardyne, our team is highly trained to understand the site’s specification fully, including what tasks need completing in which area, which areas are sensitive and require additional care or need to be assigned to one of our specialist team members. Training on these specialist areas has been a fundamental requirement and one that YBC has been able to consistently accomplish throughout our longstanding partnership.


Our monthly joint meetings at 7am ensure that standards are consistently met and allow for proactive communication between both parties on any changes or time-sensitive work that take priority for the day. Sonardyne has an incredibly positive working relationship with their own staff, which they extend to our staff, many of whom have been working at the site for years. This collaboration has allowed us to grow alongside Sonardyne, with the addition of new building mid-2024 which marks another milestone in our strong relationship.
