Over the past decade, we have worked closely with the facilities management team to understand their evolving needs and their unique requirements.

In August 2023, we were awarded the cleaning contract for Bracknell Forest Council. The contract covers over 40 sites within the Bracknell Forest area.

Robert May's School is a coeducational secondary school, catering to students aged 11 to 16, embodying a vision of ‘excellence for every person’. Since our contract first began in March 2018, we have consistently delivered high-quality and reliable cleaning services tailored to the school’s unique needs.

Godalming College is a sixth form college situated in Godalming, Surrey, with a cleaning area of approximately 15000m². We provide full, daily cleaning services after college hours for the following areas: classrooms, toilets, stairs, corridors, reception, library, offices, staff rooms, lab/prep rooms, tech rooms, assembly and dining halls, and sports hall. We also provide periodic cleaning and provide consumables.

YBC provide a wide range of cleaning services to Royal Borough of Kingston (RBK) Council, delivering routine, periodic, reactive, internal, window, and washroom cleaning across various facilities.

Over the years, we have built up a strong reputation for being able to mobilise large teams of trained operatives, all directly employed by YBC, to carry out deep cleaning at major universities to a high standard at a competitive price in a short time frame.

YBC has provided a range of services to this client since 1999, including labour for cleaning duties, housekeeping, portering services, catering support services, and the supply of summer staff for external guests to enjoy the facilities when the children break up.

In February 2024, we began our mission to not only deliver exceptional cleaning services but also to provide added value and cost savings for the Park House School in Newbury.
