All the 500 YBC Services staff across Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey, Sussex, Kent and Thames Valley receive the same cleaning and health and safety training – whatever position they work in.

This means that as a team we are all aware of the challenges our colleagues face in delivering their roles, and we can support each other effectively. The benefits of this are passed onto our clients, as we work cohesively and effectively as a well-supported team.

Staff receive relevant training courses for their continuous professional development. They are encouraged and rewarded for their hard work and achievements. YBC offers opportunities to grow within the company, for example we run apprenticeship schemes to support young people to develop their skills.
